性贩运的商业模式

性贩运是指以性剥削为目标的人口販運、人口走私,包括性奴隸[1]受害者被迫以多种方式中的一种依赖其贩运者,然后被贩运者用于向顾客提供性服务。[2]被定义为性贩运犯罪的活动有三种:获取、运输和剥削;[1]其中包括兒童色情旅遊、家庭未成年人性贩运(domestic minor sex trafficking)或者其他种类对儿童的商业性剥削,以及卖淫[2]性贩运是世界上最大的犯罪活动之一。

強迫賣淫

性販運跟強迫賣淫息息相關,非自願工作,受強迫賣淫的受害者才會被稱為性販運。如果是自願出國投入性產業的工作者,則被稱為外籍性工作者,不會被視為性販運,在一些性交易合法的國家,是有合法的外籍性工作者的,也有性工作者的組織呼籲保障外籍的性工作者的勞工權益[3][4]。國際性販運的定義在於:威脅或使用武力、欺騙、綁架、濫用權勢的強迫行為,或其他形式的脅迫的性剝削行為[5]
